Perhaps best known as Toby from Thomas and Friends, these odd little locos ran up and down the Wisbech and Upwell Tramway from it’s building in 1873 until they were replaced by diesels in 1952.

Contains instructions for the listed power options, Bricklink xml partlist for each set of instructions and quick guide on how to use the partlists.
